About this Course

This program is a specialized Kata-Newaza development clinic. Leaders will focus on Newaza strategy and techniques, and will place an emphasis on developing kata form, for the purpose of meeting tournament and grading standards, improving broader judo form and technical skill for competition, and self-betterment and defense.
