About this Course

Developing upon the Ninja Kids programming, this class is for older youth and adults. ** Ninja Academy Judo: This class will teach authentic Japanese philosophy and practice of Judo, the most practiced martial art in the world also called the Gentle Way. Participants will develop their physical confidence while cultivating self-awareness and respect for others. There are many opportunities to grow and compete through this class and the teachings will make you feel safer and benefit your personal, work and social life.
